1. administrative functions are laughable: appointments made without consideration for needed equipment and personnel
2. proposed treatment is altered based on availability of equipment and personnel as opposed to what is truly necessary for the patient
3. unethical decision making
4. patients are scheduled for one treatment and then told, despite there having been weeks to prepare for this appointment, that treatment will be altered to something they've never agreed to
Do not let this office treat you. They function under an unethical standard.

Based off of a recommendation I decided to come here, the first Doc. I saw I wasn't a huge fan of, but he gave me some products that helped. Fast forward a year and I saw their PA Ann Cameron, she is young and totally understands acne problems. She sat in the room with me an answered all of my questions which was not the case with the first doc. I really think she is great especially with girls suffering from acne because she GETS IT! She told me about some facials I could do that my insurance would cover, and they helped a lot. Also every other skincare product she has recommended has worked wonders! My skin is so much better than it used to be. My acne isn't horrible and is really deep in my skin so its not always visible, but many other docs brushed me off saying it could be a lot worse. Ann Cameron understands that no matter how bad it can still affect your life.

Dr. Taub only cares about making money. Half the good reviews on here are from people that work at her office. How many times can you tell a doctor that their wait time is absurd and they still don't care? I spent almost $4000 on a laser treatment that did NOTHING and was not as so much given a "sorry." The coordinator I worked with never returned calls and the manager was a nightmare when I tried to speak with her. Bedside manner of Dr. Taub herself was nothing short of unemotional, non caring, and in a hurry. With so many other options out there, just go someplace else.
